The CWF Organic Expo is the first of its kind in Michigan’s Thumb, bringing together all aspects of the organic industry for both attendees and exhibitors. Since its launch in 2023, the expo has grown into a trusted space for connection, education, and innovation in organic agriculture.

What began as a quickly organized open-house style event at Clearwater Farms has evolved into a dynamic, multi-faceted experience. Over the years, the expo has expanded to include educational sessions, industry-leading speakers, and a diverse range of exhibitors—all designed to provide real value to those working in and supporting organic farming.

In 2025, the event moved to the DoubleTree in Bay City, Michigan, improving accessibility and allowing for a more integrated experience where attendees can engage with both exhibitors and educational sessions throughout the day.

Today, the CWF Organic Expo features a strong lineup of educational sessions and exhibitors, consistently attracting a highly engaged audience. Exhibitors often note that the quality of attendees—serious growers, decision-makers, and dedicated organic professionals—sets this event apart from larger expos.
