About the event
The CWF Organic Expo was created in 2022 and held in 2023 for the first time! 2023 and 2024 were hosted at Clearwater Farms in Caro, MI in our shop. Since outgrowing the shop we've relocated 2025 to DoubleTree by Hilton in Bay City, MI! We are excited to host the welcome reception, sessions, and expo hall under one roof with the accessibility and convenience that DoubleTree has to offer our guests.
CWF Organic Expo is the first of its' kind here in Michigan, an organic row crop focused expo. Hosting a welcome reception, 50+ exhibitors and 15+ sessions, the expo is a prime location to network with indsutry leaders and farmers alike. Meals are included in our ticket prices and DoubleTree is offering a discounted room rate for those attending! Be sure to take advantage of all the expo has to offer and register early for the best rates.

The Welcome Reception Ticket includes: - Entrance into the sponsored Welcome Reception event January 14th at DoubleTree from 5-9pm. - 2 Beverage tickets - Hors D'oeuvres - $50 from December 14th - January 14th (tickets available at the door)
